OVERCOMING URIC ACID

โOn May 14, 2020, I noticed a small nodule on the joint near the nail of my left hand middle finger (on the top and sides). I have been baking and eating oatmeal cookies, hopiang monggo, had steak, bean sprouts at that time. I didnโt realize that my uric acid was starting to build up.
On May 26, it grew bigger, it felt like a bone protruding. I started to become concerned because I was thinking that I if it progresses to Arthritis then it would be very painful and I would have to suffer and it would affect my quality of life and iโm only turning 45. On June 3, it was almost gone. Not only that, but my dizziness and headaches (during lockdown, my blood pressure went up to 170/100 and had to go to the emergency) are gone.
