HELLO EVERY ONE!!!!!

PAUNAWA,

Sa mga minamahal naming pasyeta na magpapa gawa ng RT PCR Test na may resulta sa loob ng 24 - 32 hours, ang umpisa ng bilang ng oras ay mag uumpisa pag dating ng inyong specimen sa aming laboratory sa Pasay. Ang aming pick up ng sample ay tuwing 5pm at ito ay makakarating sa Pasay ng 7pm - 8pm.

Kung kayo po ay nagpa gawa sa umaga, hindi po ibig sabihin na sa oras na iyon din iyon ninyo makukuha ang inyong result.

Kami din po ay humihingi ng paumanhin sa mga delayed na resulta sa kadahilanan na sa dami ng aming naipoproseso sa isang araw. Nais man naming huminto o mag sara na lamang, ngunit mas madami po ang humihingi ng tulong ng aming serbisyo lalo na sa panahon ngayon.

Humihingi po ang management ng paunawa at respeto sa aming mga empleyado at sila ay nariyan upang mkatulong po sa inyo at magbibigay serbisyo sa kabila ng panganib sa kalusogan na kanilang hinaharap sa bawat araw.
