Alam namin na itong panahon na ito ay puno ng gatherings, celebrations, at kung anu-anong lakad. But your practice can be your quiet, grounding space.

This month, our shala will be open on select days — hindi man kumpleto ang schedule, pero sapat para makabalik ka sa sarili mo, huminga nang malalim, at mag-slow down kahit sandali.

Thank you for growing with our community, for sharing your breath and presence with us, especially this year.

Kahit gaano ka-busy ang buwan na ’to, your mat will always be here for you —
a soft landing, a steady pause, a gentle reminder to return home to yourself.

Ashtanga Mysore practice is a very UNIQUE class that most beginners appreciate. Here's why:

1. ✨️ The teacher will guide you individually.
Instead of following the teacher in front of the room, the teacher comes to *you* and supports you step by step — based on your body, pace, and breath.

2. ✨️ You move at your own rhythm.
There’s no pressure to keep up with others. Whether you know 2 poses or 20, you simply practice what *your* body can remember today.

3. ✨️ It builds confidence and self-trust.
Little by little, you start to remember the sequence. You’ll feel stronger and more grounded — not because someone told you to do more, but because you grew naturally.

4. ✨️ Every practitioner in the room is a student just like you. Everyone began as a beginner. The Mysore room is quiet, supportive, and non-judgmental.

5. ✨ ️This practice meets you where you are. Injuries, stress, stiffness, busy mind — come as you are. The practice adapts to your current state, not the other way around.
