We Are Hiring:
Who: 1GP for LTO- To do medical examination for LTO Driver's license applicants (VA and Ishihara Test)
Where: Evita Medical Clinic, Robinsons Antipolo, Rizal
Preferably from Antipolo, Rizal or nearby areas
Complete requirements or Willing to be LTO accredited (Willing to wait for 1 month for accreditation)
Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 8am-5pm, start date to be discussed
PF 3500/day (pf given per cut off)
1 hour lunch break

LTO requirements:
Requirements for accreditation:
• 2x2 Photo with name tag
• Certified true copy of Certificate of Registration
• Original copy of Certificate of membership and Good Standing from PMA and/or component society
• Certified true copy of PRC license
• Photocopy of valid government ID (other than PRC id)
• Photocopy of PTR
• Photocopy of TIN ID or just the TIN number
