ATHEROSCLEROSIS and CHELATION THERAPY
Atherosclerosis- is a disease in which plaque builds up inside your arteries. Arteries are blood vessels that carry oxygen-rich blood to your heart and other parts of your body. Plaque is made up of fat, cholesterol, calcium, and other substances found in the blood. Over time, plaque hardens and narrows your arteries.
What causes hardening of the Arteries?
This is usually secondary to Dietary, Genetic, Lifestyle and Environmental Factors causing inflammations with deposition of calcium, cholesterol fibrous tissues and other elements in the blood vessel walls. Progressive worsening of this process results in clogging of the vessel depriving the tissues of much-needed nutrients of the blood.
