Get your blood pressure checked at least once a year and understand what the numbers mean. Severe high blood pressure combined with symptoms such as chest pain or trouble speaking may be a hypertensive emergency, according to the new high blood pressure guideline, and you should call 911 immediately.

Hello!

I would like to share the amazing progress of my patient. From a Fasting Blood Sugar of 21.95 down to 6.51 😌

A small background: She is a 57 year old, female. A known hypertensive and had her FBS taken last December 2024 which revealed an increased result.

Patient was started with medications to manage her high blood sugar and was advised for lifestyle modifications. All of which she complied.

She had a follow up check up with me yesterday and I was very happy that we were able to achieve this result.

With the combination of science, acceptance of the illness, lifestyle change and trust, we can combat life threatening diseases.
