Every follow-up visit and clinic round wasn’t only about checking incisions and tracking recovery — it also came with moments of unexpected warmth and sweetness. 🥹

Thank you for the thoughtful gifts and tokens. Your appreciation truly means more than you know. As doctors, we don’t expect anything in return — seeing you recover well and smile confidently again is already the greatest reward.

May nararamdaman ka bang biglang sakit sa puson na nangyayari sa kalagitnaan ng buwan?
Baka MITTELSCHMERZ ‘yan!
👉 Mittelschmerz ay salitang German na ang ibig sabihin ay “middle pain.”
Nangyayari ito tuwing ovulation—kapag pumuputok ang itlog mula sa obaryo.
🔍 Ano ang pakiramdam? • Kirot o matalim na sakit sa isang side lang ng puson
• Pwedeng tumagal ng ilang minuto hanggang 1–2 araw
• Minsan may kasamang konting spotting
🤍 Delikado ba? ➡️ Hindi. Normal lang ito at senyales na nag-oovulate ka.
Actually, fertile days mo ito 😉
🩺 Kailan dapat magpatingin?
❗ Kapag sobrang sakit
❗ May lagnat, hilo, o tuloy-tuloy ang pagdurugo
