Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deliver and receive parcels in assigned area according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
- Deliver parcels in perfect condition, not broken or damaged, and on time.
- Responsible for contacting customers to make an appointment for pick-up and delivery of the parcels, manage customer payment of transportation and send to Supervisor or Cashier.
- Verify and check the receiving-delivering process to be completed via Flash Kit system.
- Perform others tasks by the order of the Supervisor!
