Phil History frm an indigenous grp in Luzon: ( Minimal documentary evidence)
It is believed that the Phil islands floated up from the undersea after an undersea volcanic eruption sometime in the 8th to 10 century, AD. Iin it Southeast Asian sea where it iis now located. An indigenous group which I would call now as Tagabantay, TG, related this story based on folkloric history. It was said that at that time God was here on Earth disguised as a big bird - like form which Ferdinand Magellan’s chronicler Pigafetta even noted during their many voyages inluding their arrival in the Philippines. It was called then the Rukhkh or Roc to some, who’s story is more noted among the early islamic believers. In the Indonesian territories He was known also as Garuda. Since He was God the Almighty, He brought with Him His kingdom of Divine beings and angels - All spirits. Then He and another Being whom I would call GC, His “female” spiritual counterpart decided to incarnate the spirits so they could populate the islands. First Roc created their flesh. From a large tree, Jegua, using power words opened up to reveal two human beings which again with Power words were given life. The FIRST BEING was later called JUAN ANTONIO and the other JUANA PEDROSA SANTOS. They were breathed with life by the Roc and GC. They were thevfirst ancestors of the Filipijnos today. These hodies were the bodies which were used by the divine spirits as their physicsl vessels. Then therre were more bodies created where the rest of the soiirits integrated into. Since theywere divine, the devil could not touch them. And they did not come from the dust but created to cone out the opened Jegua tree. So, it does not follow the more sccepted concept of Single Creationism. The beings were devoid of original sin from Adam and Eve! That time, the Philippines was more nown as Ma-i ( noted in the Chinese dynasties). So the beings may have been called Ma-ianos/ Ma- ianas. Since they are devoid of ofiginal sin, and straight descendants (?) frm God, they are in the latter term today Maharlikans. ( To be continued……) Merry Christmas!
