ALL-IN OB Installment Package

Visit us now, for your initial consultation and assessment at the RMCI Hospital lobby.
HOW TO AVAIL OF THIS PACKAGE?
1. Secure a clearance from your previous or attending OB-Gyne (if applicable)
2. Present your clearance (if there is any) when you visit the RMCI Reproductive Health Center (RHC) located at the lobby. Our clinic is open on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS, ONLY.
3. The OB-Gyne doctor at the RHC will conduct on initial assessment. The RHC nurse will then give you an endorsement slip for your enrollment in the program.
4. Present the endorsement slip to billing and pay your advance deposit (AP). You may pay a bigger amount but our required initial advance payment is ₱ 1,500.00.
5. Please make sure that you pay your package cost in FULL prior to your admission and delivery procedure to ensure a guaranteed admission.
INCASE OF NON-AVAILMENT OF THIS PACKAGE WITHIN THE PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR, OR SHOULD YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOUR TOTAL PAYMENT IS SUBJECT TO A 15% SERVICE CHARGE.

NEW BORN SCREENING AND REQUIRED VACCINATIONS FOR THE BABY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE. SHOULD THE PATIENT REQUIRE ADDITIONAL MEDICATIONS, MEDICAL SUPPLIES AND ADDITIONAL DAYS OF ADMISSION. REGULAR CAHRGES SHALL APPLY AND SHALL BE CHARGED AS EXCESS COST.
