Negros Occidental High School joins the Global Handwashing Day celebration today, spearheaded by our Principa IV, Dr. Cheryl J. Tondo.

Inspite of the class suspension due to the earthquake this morning, NOHS successfully implemented the synchronized group handwashing activity. This was facilitated by the Riverside College of Nursing students with the active participation of the Teacher-Interns from Carlos Hilado Memorial State University.

As for our NOHS learners, we encourage all of you to practice proper handwashing technique and post a selfie on your FB wall while doing it in the comforts of your home. Let us increase awareness the importance of proper handwashing in preventing the spread of infection.

Kindly read the details of our School-Based Immunization Program for your guidance. The Bacolod City Health Office Personnel will come and immunize our Grade 7 children this coming second week of October.

Dear Parents, please sign the consent form and return it to your child's Adviser as soon as possible.

Please watch out for the announcement of our School Based Immunization schedule for DT and MR.

We will be releasing the consent forms anytime soon. As early as now I am encouraging every Grade 7 parent to participate and allow your children to be vaccinated against Diptheria, Tetanus, Measles & German Measles. This is to protect your children from getting these vaccine-preventable diseases.
