Sitting with them in the clinic, hearing their narratives, and allowing them to just be there - makes them feel safe and understood. And slowly they find the meaning that they have been looking for.

What lies beneath...

When you dare to go beneath the surface, you discover strength, calm, and a world you never knew was within reach.

In life...

Most of the times, we just focus on the surface and notice what we don't have...but if we deep dive into the things that are kept hidden inside of us, slowly we become aware of what we can do - we see our real value.

And as we focus on what we don't have, we compare them with what others have that triggers feelings of frustration, sadness, self-doubt, and not being good enough, among others. We admire others while disliking ourselves. And we feel low - we get stuck...
