5 LOWCARB LEVELS According to POPULATION and HEALTH & WEIGHT GOALS
LEVEL 5
Carb Limit/Day: 0- 20g Neg Carb within SAFE LIST
Description: Phytotoxin & chemical free, simple cooking, all organic
Population: In need of Serious Healing (cancers and tumors, metabolic disease with end-stage organ damage, autoimmune diseases, allergies, and severe carb addiction)
Important: With MEDICAL GUIDANCE
LEVEL 4
Carb Limit/Day: 20-50g net carbs within SAFE LIST
Description: Anything within SAFE LIST
Population: Recovering from above condition and with manageable diabetes, hypertension, including pregnant and breastfeeding women with gestational diabetes and hypertension,, obesity, with signs of inflammation (unknown aches and pains)

LEVEL 3
Carb Limit/Day: 50g Carb in SAFE & CAUTION List
Description: SAFE List with LC Caution List 20-50g net carbs including alternative sweeteners & Low Carb desserts
Population: For those in good health and in weight maintenance phase after healing, with previous health issues; Generally healthy adults without physical activity and not adhering to regular IF; Individuals at risk of developing lifestyle diseases, including children, pregnant and breastfeeding women at with strong family of illness.
LEVEL 2
Carb Limit/Day: 50g (Max 100g) Natural CAUTION List
Description: Above items with bulk coming from SAFE List and natural carbs from Caution List like fruits, grains
Population: Children healing from minor illness, healthy pregnant and breastfeeding moms, healthy adults who wants to gain muscle mass with no health issues and engages in regular intermittent and extended fasting
LEVEL 1
Carb Limit/Day: 50g (Max 100g) CAUTION + Few DANGER List
Description: Above items, mostly SAFE LIST with Caution List like sausages, processed meat products, soy, alcohol in small serving sizes, or with Danger List but not more than 50g of added sugar per day
Population: Perfectly healthy & active children adults with no health issues, physically active, in optimum weight, engages in regular intermittent and extended fasting,no carb addiction and can eat in moderation
***This stratification aims to guide beginners and healing Low Carbers in their carb limit and planned indulgence. This is subject to change for continuous IMPROVEMENT***
For those in population recommended to follow higher levels of Low Carb, once every 1-2 months dip in lower levels may be done in special occasions and must be done responsibly & with caution.
For Levels 1, 2 & 3, intake of foodstuff from CAUTION & DANGER Lists are not recommended, and are just "allowed" in limited quantities but still best taken sparingly when possible.
