Dear Patients,

In addition to our in-person appointments, we are offering online consultations (also known as Telemedicine) so we can serve you better during these times. If you are interested, please read through our policies and procedures.

*** TELEMEDICINE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ***

1. Make an appointment by sending a message through this page; click on "Send Message" or "Ask" or "Message" buttons.

2. Agree to Privacy Policy and Consent for consultation.

3. Secretary will confirm your appointment and will request you to make payment either thru online banking or personal payment at Medical Plaza clinic between 9AM to 12NN, Monday to Friday.

4. Upon receipt of payment, secretary will verify your consultation date and time thru mobile or online text message.

5. Telemedicine schedule is from 2pm to 5pm.

6. On the day of Telemedicine, secretary will re-verify your time and availability. If unavailable, you may choose for another Telemedicine schedule.

7. Be ready with facebook messenger app for video consultation.

8. Consultation is suggested to be 10-15 minutes per patient so that we will be able to follow the schedule of enlisted patients for the day.
