High standards don’t reject people, they filter commitment.

Real talk.

Maiinis lang dito yung mga taong sanay sa shortcuts.

Mga gusto ng results pero ayaw ng sakripisyo.

They want Respect without consistency.

At gusto ng “Success” pero allergic kapag nahihirapan.

That’s why standards feel “too much.”

Too demanding,

Too intense Para sa mga ganong tao…

Because deep down,
High standards expose the gap between

who you are now

and who you could be if you tried harder.

High standards force you to look at yourself.

Your habits.
Your excuses.
Your effort.

And not everyone is ready for that mirror.

So instead of rising from the challenge

Ang iba, choose to complain.
Yung iba naman pachichismisan ka.
And most choose to walk away.

But here’s the truth…

High standards are not meant to please everyone.

They are meant to protect growth.

They don’t reject people.
They filter commitment.

And if it makes you uncomfortable,
don’t attack the standard.

Because discomfort is often the first sign that growth is knocking.
