Occupational Therapist
- with valid license ID registered in the Philippines
- newly licensed / experienced professional
- conduct Screening, Initial Evaluation, Intervention, Caregiver Education for clients across all ages and diagnosis
- use standardized assessment tools
PF: 500/hr
Payment: Daily

➡️ OT Assistant
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy with completed internship and thesis
- conduct treatment activities as specified in treatment plan formulated by attending licensed occupational therapist
- write SOAP notes and conduct caregiver feedback after sessions
-submit progress report, endorsement notes or other documents to attending licensed occupational therapist and to be signed by attending licensed therapist
Fee: 350/hr
Payment: Daily

VOLCANIC SMOG ALERT!

PUBLIC ADVISORY :

Ipinababatid po sa lahat na nakakasaksi ng tila FOG o HAMOG na nasa ating paligid. Ito po ay Volcanic Smog, inaabisuhan na maging mapagmasid at gawin ang mga kaukulang paghahanda patungkol sa ibinubugang usok ng Bulkang Taal na maaring makaapekto sa kalusugan lalot higit sa may kasalukuyang karamdaman.

Ang volcanic smog ay isang mapanganib na kombinasyon ng gas at maliit na particulate matter na resulta ng aktibidad ng bulkan. Maari itong magdulot ng problema sa paghinga at iba pang sakit sa kalusugan, lalo na sa mga mayroong mga existing na kondisyon sa baga.

Narito ang ilang hakbang para pangalagaan ang inyong kalusugan:

1️⃣ Manatili sa Loob: I-limit ang mga outdoor na aktibidad upang mabawasan ang pagka-expose sa volcanic smog.

2️⃣ Magsuot ng Face mask :Magsuot ng Face mask, lalo na kapag lumalabas ng bahay, upang mabawasan ang paghinga ng makakasamang particulate matter.

3️⃣ Isara ang mga Bintana: Palakasin ang pag-sara ng mga bintana at pinto upang maiwasan ang pagpasok ng volcanic smog sa inyong tahanan.

4️⃣ Manatili Sa Labas ng Panganib: Subaybayan ang mga update mula sa lokal na mga awtoridad para sa pinakabagong impormasyon at tagubilin ukol sa kaligtasan.

Ang inyong kaligtasan ay mahalaga sa amin. Mangyaring ibahagi ang babalang ito sa inyong pamilya, mga kaibigan, at mga kapitbahay. Magtulungan tayo upang manatiling ligtas.
