HeartWorks helps kids who were born with special hearts, called congenital heart disease or CHD.
We work every day to help hearts grow stronger and help kids live fuller lives.

WE BUILD HEARTS so kids with CHD can keep being kids.

These posters were created to help share your child’s story with their classmates, teammates and teachers. Visit our CHD Asset Library to print and share this Heart Month.

The library also includes a custom reel and CHD fact graphics to create as much awareness as possible!
