SCHEDULE: JULY 20, 2025 (Sunday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Rooted Leadership: How Self-Knowledge Drives Team Connection and Organizational Clarity is an intensive 8-hour lecture-workshop designed to equip participants with applied knowledge in organizational psychology. This session explores core theories of leadership—including transformational, servant, and situational leadership—and connects them with key principles in organizational communication such as systems theory and network analysis. Participants will also examine foundational concepts in group behavior, including group dynamics, decision-making processes, roles, norms, and cohesion. Through guided reflection, interactive group activities, and case analyses, the program emphasizes how self-awareness can enhance one’s leadership capacity, improve communication flow, and strengthen group functioning within organizations.

By the end of this 8-hour lecture-workshop, participants will be able to explain key theories of leadership, organizational communication, and group behavior; analyze how self-awareness influences leadership style and team effectiveness; evaluate communication patterns and group dynamics within organizational settings; and apply psychological concepts to design strategies that promote effective leadership, cohesive group interaction, and clear organizational communication.
