1. Delaying going to a toilet. Keeping your urine in your bladder for too long is a bad idea. A full bladder can cause bladder damage. The urine that stays in the bladder multiplies bacteria quickly. My INTRA story just this morning.

Mga 7am nireklamo ahong eldest son nga sakit iyang mata. Ahoang gepaligo kay basin na-irritate lang kay nag night swimming mi gikan sa pool, basin ug nag bukabuka ang mata while underwater.

After ligo naka notice ko nga nihubag iyang left eye. Pagtan aw nahu sa puti nga part sa mata or ang sclera, ninghubag. Pang 2nd na ni nga time nahitabo niya. 1st attack 2017 naallergy sa grabing abog while nang limpyo mi sa stockroom. Hinoon naayo after check up with his pedia, optha, and of course mga medicine nga gedapat para maayo. (Meaning, dako dako nga kantidad overall). Ganiha gebati ko ug grabi nga kagool kay una nalibat man siya 😭😭😭 (which is wala ni nahitabo sa 1st attack). Ikaduha walay clinic karon kay Sunday. Ikatulo ang financial nga aspect basta health nay macompromise. So, ang first aid nahu, ahong gepainom ug INTRA 90ml tanan kay 3cups at a time ahoang gepainom. After, ani nilakaw mi sa ahong bana for some important nga tuyo aside from looking for open optha clinic. Pag uli namo sa balay tulog ang bata.
