Greetings!

We the 3rd year medical student of Saint Louis University - School of Medicing would like to hear from you regarding the topic "Vaccination of Children under the age 5 (five) years old for COVID-19". The survey would only take around 20 minutes of your time and would be a big help in the medical community in assessing the hesitancy of parents with regards to the rolling out of future vaccines and implementation in the age group less than five years old.

If you wish to decline from the survey, you may ignore this message - but we would like to encourage participation as this would be of big help in the medical community in improving guidlines and protocols in vaccinating children.
