This is a very broad topic and really differs from case to case. Pero here are some tips you can try to search about:
1. Calorie counting. Ang calories na need natin ay about 1,800-2,000 calories daily. Kung gusto ninyong mag loose weight, bawasan ang daily calories na kinakain ninyo.
2. Exercise! Tried and tested na po ito. It burns fat, boosts metabolism and promotes health. May iba ibang types of exercise na pwede ninyong gawin. Again it is best to seek consult with a fitness expert for the type of workout na kailangan ninyo. :)
3. Intermittent fasting. May studies that show how Intermittent fasting helps boost our metabolism. On the other hand, some nutritionists believe that it can cause more harm than good to the body. Personally, I usually do not eat breakfast. Hindi naman dahil nagfafasting talaga ako, pero dahil ito na ung sanay ng katawan ko ever since med school. Again, consult your Doctor or Nutritionist before doing this. ☺️
4. Decrease carbohydrate intake. This means, bawas tayo sa rice, bread, pasta, biscuits and noodles. You can look for rice substitutes like shirataki rice, cauliflower rice or mag red rice nalang :).
Of course, no diet is perfect and all diets should be done carefully especially kung may sakit or maintenance na po kayo. If hindi po sigurado, best parin po magpaconsulta sa Doctor 😊
P.S. wag po kayo maniwala sa slimming pills or radical and drastic changes sa weight. These are dangerous and can cause heart and liver problems. Wag niyo na po i-risk. It is still best to eat healthy and have an exercise routine.
