Gynecomastia. Excision of gland or mastectomy is the mainstay of treatment. Ideally, excision is complemented with chest liposuction to attain better aesthetic result. Excision of excess skin is another procedure that can be done in a more advanced grade of gynecomastia i.e. grades 3 and 4.
