Celebrating Breastfeeding Month! 🌟 As a working mom and a doctor, I’m proud to share my breastfeeding journey with my 10-month-old baby. I exclusively breastfed my first child for 8 months and my second for an amazing 3 years and 10 months! 🤱💛

Breastfeeding has not only provided my children with essential nutrients but has also been a key part of my weight management, burning 300-500 calories a day! 🔥 With the right balance of nutrition and exercise, it’s absolutely possible to thrive in both my career and motherhood.

To all the working moms out there: you can do this! Let’s support each other in our breastfeeding journeys and celebrate the incredible benefits it brings. 💪✨
