*Must be graduate of any Bachelor's Degree. Graduate of Business Administration is an advantage.
*Preferably Baguio resident
*Willing to travel to different branches of Baguio
*Willing to work during holidays & Sundays
*Can work under pressure
*With good communication skills
*Flexible at work

*Attend meetings and conferences.
*Communicate with external officers such as the Accountant, Supply chain Department, Medical representatives and other officers
*Can help to sell if manpower is needed.
*Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
*Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
*Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
*Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
*Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
