BAKIT ANEMIC ANG MAY CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE?

✅ Ang ANEMIA ay isang kondisyon kung saan MABABA ANG HEMOGLOBIN at RED BLOOD CELL. �
✅Ang isang tao ay may ANEMIA kung ang kanilang hemoglobin ay mas mababa sa 13 g/dL (o 130 g/L) para sa mga LALAKI at mas mababa sa 12 g/dL (o 120 g/L) sa mga BABAE

⚠️ Ang mga taong may CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE (http://bit.ly/ckdpart01) ay nagkakaroon ng ANEMIA. Lumalala ito habang TUMATAAS ANG CREA at TUMATAAS ANG STAGE.

⚠️ Ang mga taong may END STAGE RENAL DISEASE (mga CKD Stage 5 na nagdidialysis) ang may pinakamalalang ANEMIA dahil sa pagkasira ng kanilang kidneys

✅Ang mga sumusunod ay mga karaniwang dahilan bakit ANEMIC o mababa ang HEMOGLOBIN ng mga taong may CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE:

📌 IRON DEFICIENCY - kulang sa iron (isa sa mga kailangang sangkap para gumawa ng hemoglobin)

📌 PAGKASIRA NG RED BLOOD CELLS - maikli ang buhay ng mga red blood cells sa mga may CKD

📌 FOLATE DEFICIENCY - kulang sa folate (isa sa mga kailangang sangkap para gumawa ng hemoglobin)

📌 MABABANG PRODUCTION NG RED BLOOD CELL - dahil sa kakulangan ng ERYTHROPOIETIN (EPO) sa katawan

📌 VITAMIN B12 DEFICIENCY - kulang sa B12 (isa sa mga kailangang sangkap para gumawa ng hemoglobin)

📌PAGDURUGO - kadalasang nakikita sa mga may mga ULCER sa sikmura o bituka

📌MATAAS NA TOXINS SA DUGO - nakikita sa mga HINDI SAPAT ang HEMODIALYSIS

📌INFLAMMATION - hindi magamit nang maigi ng katawan ang IRON na nakaimbak sa mga cells
