600, 700, 800 rates for 12hrs is spreading like virus! Bakit kaya? Have you asked yourselves mga ka health providers? Or ayaw nyo nang mag tanong kasi " atleast may duty, kesa wala " syndrome! Kun ganyan po ang pamantayan natin sa buhay, how can we improve our craft? Our ownselves? Our own morale? Yes, kuha namin. May sisigaw dyan- hey! It's not about money guys. Absolutely correct. It's really not about money! But we must have a STANDARDS, why? For our dignity & self worth! To help boost our confidence. This is real talk, guys! Sana you all get us here.
STOP!!! accepting those low rates. It's not for us! Sabihin nyo yan sa sarili nyo, hindi para saatin yan! Napaka halaga sa isang tao ang may PRINSIPYO at PANININDIGAN sa buhay. To have & to gain RESPECT. Kaya napaka raming health providers na palpak! At nganga, during actual, again real talk ito guys! Bakit? Kasi low self steem & no morale. Bakit ulit? Kasi on the top of our head, nandun yun guilt feeling na - this is all for 600, 700, 800 per 12hrs duty. Natapakan na yun compassion, patience & all that. Kaya may bogus Health providers e. Pardon me for the word, but it's the horrible-horrible truth.
Guys to end these matter. It should start within us! Nasasaatin pong lahat ito. Be firm & absolute. stick to the STANDARDS Reject those super low rates! We have to unite, to achieve it.
