As a pharmacist and a mom— Here are my non-negotiable emergency OTC meds I keep in my house to handle whatever the kids (or life) throw our way.

Note:
☑️Children’s dosages are based on how much they weigh. Dosages must be determined by a healthcare professional.
☑️Review your kit every 6 months and replace anything that has expired.
☑️ Keep all medicines in a cool, dry place, strictly out of reach of children (ideally in a locked cabinet).
