A collaborative activity with CTU-Barili Gender and Development Office, Campus Clinic and Atlantis.
Special thanks to our guest speakers Dr. Michelle Anne R. Dagoy and Mr. Adam Lester Patajo for the very interesting presentation. HIV Testing and counseling was conducted by the RHU nurses. Kudos Barili Pcf!

Celebrating 16 years of CTU’s legacy!

Cebu Technological University (CTU) celebrates its 16th anniversary as a university, upholding its stature as a premier institution of higher education. This milestone honors a legacy shaped by dedication and shared efforts that have defined CTU’s 16-year journey of progress and distinction.

CTU traces its beginnings to 1911 when it was established as the Cebu Trade School (CTS). It later became the Cebu School of Arts and Trades (CSAT) and was eventually elevated to the Cebu State College of Science and Technology (CSCST) as it expanded its academic programs and scope. On November 10, 2009, through Republic Act No. 9744 signed by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, it was converted into a university—now known as Cebu Technological University (CTU).

As one of Asia’s best universities and a leading institution in the Philippines, CTU has consistently upheld quality standards across education, research, extension services, digital transformation, internationalization, governance, and global relevance.

To our students, faculty, staff, officials, and stakeholders who have walked this path with CTU, we turned years of shared dedication and vision into a moment worth celebrating.

🩸 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

The Barili Rural Health Unit (RHU), in coordination with Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center, will conduct a Mobile Blood Donation Activity on November 14, 2025 (Friday), from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

We strongly encourage all CTU-BC students to participate in the upcoming Mobile Blood Donation Drive. Students who wish to donate may visit the Campus Clinic for pre-listing, which will remain open until Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

Let’s support this meaningful cause and help save lives through blood donation!
