Sneezing every morning? Nose always clogged or watery? You might be dealing with Allergic Rhinitis, not just an ordinary “colds”.

Allergic Rhinitis happens when your nose reacts strongly to everyday triggers like dust, pets, molds, or changes in the environment. These flare-ups can make it hard to sleep, breathe comfortably, or focus on your daily tasks.

But the good news? It’s manageable.

Recognizing your triggers and getting checked early can help you feel better and prevent symptoms from becoming a constant struggle.

If your sneezing, congestion, or itchy nose keeps coming back, it’s time to visit your nearest ENT clinic or healthcare provider for proper guidance.

Clear nose, clear breathing, clearer days ahead.
