The Batangas Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative (BAFEMPCO) successfully conducted its Teambuilding Activity on December 2, 2025, held at the OCVAS Research and Training Center, Bolbok, Batangas City.

The activity was participated in by the officers and employees of the federation’s member-cooperatives and facilitated by the Cooperative Development Division of the Office of the City Agriculturist. Through a series of interactive and collaborative exercises, the participants strengthened camaraderie, communication, and unity within the federation.

Following the activities, raffle items were distributed, adding an element of enjoyment and appreciation for all attendees.

We extend our gratitude to all BAFEMPCO members for their active participation and commitment to cooperative development.

The Batangas Federation of Multipurpose Cooperative (BAFEMPCO) successfully conducted its first-ever training, with learning partner National Federation of Cooperative Primaries in the Philippines (NaFeCoop) and Co-operative College of the Philippines on November 17, 2025 at the Office of the City Agriculturist, Bolbok, Batangas City, catering its 19 member-cooperatives.

The session focused on Cooperative Identity, aiming to strengthen the participants’ understanding of cooperative principles, values, and the fundamental purpose of the cooperative movement. Members of BAFEMPCO actively participated and contributed to the meaningful and productive discussions throughout the training.

Sincere appreciation to NaFe Coop and Co-op College PH were extended for sharing their expertise, and to all participating members for their commitment to continuous learning and cooperative development.

This milestone marks the beginning of more capacity-building initiatives for the federation.
