Sometimes we think we can do it all — work hard, push through, and keep going no matter what. But pregnancy has a way of reminding you that your body has limits… and that those limits matter.
At 34 weeks, I suddenly found myself admitted and now on complete bed rest. It wasn’t part of the plan, and honestly, it’s been a humbling experience.
This is a gentle reminder to all moms (and moms-to-be): no job, no responsibility, no deadline is more important than your health and your baby’s safety. Listen to your body. Slow down when it tells you to. Rest when you need to — without guilt.
Right now, my priority is clear: to stay still, stay calm, and give my baby the safest environment to keep growing.
Work can wait. Everything else can wait.
You and your baby cannot. 💓
Please pray for me and our baby girl’s safe delivery at term, hopefully. Thank you.
Also, deep appreciation is given to my husband for being 100% present and despite that I’m on complete bed rest, he serves as my hands and feet and do everything just to take good care of me, our Markus and our baby girl. Love you!
