A successful and meaningful webinar was conducted by Dr. Ken at the Philippine Air Force – Air Warfare Center in Fernando Air Base, Lipa City.

The session, titled “Balancing Operational Demands and Personal Well-Being,” highlighted the importance of maintaining mental resilience, self-awareness, and psychological well-being while fulfilling the demanding responsibilities of service.
