In compliance with the Safety Seal Certification Requirements by the Department of Interior and Local Government, Rural Health Units will begin implementing the use of the StaySafe QR code on July 1, 2021 for those entering a Rural Health Unit Facility.

If you have plans to have consultation or treatment here at Rural Health Unit please make sure that you have downloaded the StaySafe App and created your own QR code. You may download the app through Google Play Store for Android users or the App Store for iPhone users.

Upon reaching our entrances, patients must scan the QR code posted outside or have their personal QR code scanned by the security personnel. Following are the procedures for each option:
1. Scan the QR Code using the Stay Safe App on your cellphone, click "Confirm visit" and show the green color screen to the security guard confirming that your health condition is good & is safe to enter.
2. Show your Stay Safe App personal QR code on your cellphone or a printout of your QR code to the security personnel for them to scan it.
