Some journeys are tougher than others, but with faith, teamwork, and trust, beautiful outcomes happen. 💕 This high-risk pregnancy was filled with challenges, but seeing both mom and baby safe and well makes it all worth it. Grateful for the trust of this strong mom, and for our dedicated multidisciplinary team who worked hand in hand to bring this little one safely into the world. It truly takes a team to make moments like this possible. 👶✨

This is a case of a 27 y/o G1P1 (1001) whose pregnancy was complicated with Rheumatic Heart Disease, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and preterm birth. She delivered vis CS due to malpresentation and delivered to a live baby boy.
