Yes, Tuberculosis (TB) is CURABLE!

Tuberculosis can be successfully treated with the right antibiotics when taken daily for 4–6 months, as prescribed by a healthcare professional.

⚠️ Do NOT stop your TB medications early or without medical advice.
Stopping treatment too soon can cause drug-resistant TB, which is harder, longer, and more expensive to treat.

💊 Take your medicines correctly.
🩺 Follow your doctor’s instructions.
🤝 Complete the full course of treatment.

Together, we can protect ourselves, our families, and our communities.

Antibiotics: Use Them the Right Way!

❌ Don’t use antibiotics for colds, flu, or most sore throats — they don’t treat viruses.
❌ Don’t share antibiotics with family or friends. What works for one person may be harmful to another.
❌ Don’t save antibiotics for later — always take them exactly as prescribed and finish the full course.

Misusing antibiotics can lead to antibiotic resistance, making infections harder to treat in the future. Let’s protect our health and keep antibiotics working when we truly need them

❌ Don’t use antibiotics for colds, flu, or sore throats. They don’t treat viruses.
❌ Don’t share antibiotics with others.

Universiry Health Service Advisory

Let us all stay vigilant and protect our families and community from dengue. Dengue cases are on the rise, especially during the rainy season.

🦟 Prevent Dengue by remembering the 4S:
✔️ Search and destroy mosquito breeding places
✔️ Secure self-protection (use mosquito repellents, nets, long sleeves)
✔️ Seek early consultation if you have fever for 2 days or more
✔️ Support fogging/spraying in hotspot area

⚠️ Watch out for symptoms:
• High fever
• Headache and pain behind the eyes
• Muscle and joint pains
• Skin rashes
• Nausea or vomiting

Early detection saves lives. If symptoms appear, consult a health facility immediately.

Let us work together to keep our homes, schools, and communities clean, safe, and dengue-free.

MENTAL HEALTH MATTER

There is no health without MENTAL HEALTH.

In 2026, let’s commit to giving mental health the same priority as physical health by standing up against stigma, starting open conversations, and ensuring more people can access the care and support they need to thrive.

Together, we can make mental well-being a priority for all.
