Standing Together for a Cause: World AIDS Day 2025 ❤️

Today, SDO Baybay observed World AIDS Day 2025 with the theme: “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response.” Our dedicated personnel proudly wore the symbolic red ribbon, a powerful reminder of solidarity, compassion, and hope for those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Through informative posters and awareness leaflets, we reached out to spread knowledge, fight stigma, and encourage support for everyone living with HIV. Every small action counts. Together, we can transform the response and create a world where no one faces this challenge alone. 🌍❤️

Last September 18, 2025, The City Population Office conducted an Awareness Forum on Fertility and Teenage Pregnancy Risks and Interventions to educate students of Plaridel National High School about the importance of making informed and responsible decisions. The activity aimed to provide learners with accurate information on reproductive health, the consequences of early pregnancy, and the support systems available for prevention and intervention. Resource speakers shared practical knowledge, real-life experiences, and strategies for maintaining healthy relationships, self-discipline, and life goals. Students actively participated in the discussion by asking questions and sharing their insights. The forum served as a timely reminder of the value of education, self-respect, and future planning in guiding the youth toward responsible adulthood.
