On February 16, 2026, the City Population Office, led by concurrent Acting City Population Officer Ms. Jen Sarmiento, MPsy, engaged in Biñan Integrated National High School's Valentine's Day observance. An information booth on Adolescent and Youth Sexual Reproductive Health was established. Supported by City Leadership Chairman and Mayor Angelo Alonte's steadfast commitment to the youth.
Social and Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) materials were distributed to promote responsible decision-making, self-awareness, and healthy adolescents. The office also highlighted its pages, “Binan Teen Society” and “I Choose Malaya Ako Maging,” as authoritative sources for youth-centric information, particularly concerning adolescent and recurrent pregnancy prevention.
This initiative underscores the City Population Office's dedication to empowering Biñan's youth and advancing their holistic well-being.
