𝕳𝖆𝖕𝖕𝖞 𝕭𝖎ñ𝖆𝖓 𝕯𝖆𝖞! 🎉

| We’re celebrating the 𝟏𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐢ñ𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 and the historic February 2–4 observance, marking the city’s foundation in 1747, its cityhood in 2010, and its liberation on February 3, 1945.

This citywide celebration honors the 𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓲𝓵𝓲𝓮𝓷𝓬𝓮, 𝓾𝓷𝓲𝓽𝔂, 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓻𝓲𝓬𝓱 𝓬𝓾𝓵𝓽𝓾𝓻𝓪𝓵 𝓱𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓪𝓰𝓮 of Biñanense as we take pride in our roots and continue building a 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙫𝙞𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙛𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 for our beloved city. 🤍

🥠 “𝙇𝙪𝙘𝙠 𝙛𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙙.”— Louis Pasteur

As the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 take place from 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟗–𝟏𝟒, this is a reminder that good outcomes don’t happen by accident. They are shaped long before exam week begins, in the moments when you choose to show up and take your work seriously.

Much like a fortune cookie, the 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘶𝘭𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘺 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘶𝘯𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘯 𝘢𝘵 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵. 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘮. What comes out reflects what was put in — your time, your focus, and your willingness to engage with the work. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗸; 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻 𝗢𝗧 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Let this be your signal to settle in, start now, and trust the effort you’ve committed along the way. Wishing you clarity, steadiness, and a strong exam week ahead. 🧠📖

JAN 29–30 | College of Occupational Therapy at HRDC CALABARZON Operational Planning

Asst. Dean Tajee Librada representing the College of Occupational Therapy during the Health Research and Development Consortium (HRDC) CALABARZON Operational Planning held at the Sotogrande Hotel Katipunan in Quezon City. 🌟

For two productive days, our OT representatives joined other institutions in shaping the regional health research agenda, guided by insights from the Department of Health – Center for Health Development CALABARZON (DOH CHD IV-A), who graciously provided the venue, accommodation, and meals for all participants. The event was not only a platform to discuss operational strategies but also a space to exchange ideas, highlight challenges, and ensure that the region’s health programs remain innovative and responsive.

𝙃𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮 to our O.T.C. Treasurer, Arianna Macha. 🎉

Thank you for the steady presence you bring to the organization and the way you handle responsibility with care and intention. Your work often happens quietly, but its impact is felt across the team—keeping things on track and allowing everything else to move forward smoothly.

We appreciate the consistency you show and the effort you put into supporting the organization behind the scenes. It does not go unnoticed, and it makes a real difference in how we function as a team.

Wishing you a meaningful and well-deserved celebration today. 💛

⏰ Alarm set? Because tomorrow’s not just another Monday.
𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟐 marks the start of the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. 📆

Classes are back, routines are loading, and the campus is about to feel busy again. That phone reminder and calendar check aren’t just for show—they’re your cue to get back in motion. No pressure to have everything figured out on day one, just show up and start where you are. 📱✔️

Quick check before heading out, get your things ready, and give yourself a moment to reset. New term, same you—just continuing forward. 𝙂𝙤𝙤𝙙 𝙡𝙪𝙘𝙠, 𝙊𝙏𝙚𝙚𝙨.🤍📚

🖋️ 𝓣𝓪𝓹. 𝓣𝓪𝓹.
Every semester begins the same way—a blank page waiting to be filled.

As Second Semester Enrollment opens on 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟎𝟓–𝟏𝟎, think of this as the moment you roll the paper in and steady your hands over the keys. Some lines from last term were messy, some were bold, and some you may wish you could rewrite—but they all led you here.

So press forward. Let the next chapter take shape, one deliberate keystroke at a time. 📄✨

✨ Hello, 2026! ✨

As we welcome the Year of the Horse, we enter a new season of movement, strength, and renewal. 🐎✨ A time to trust the journey, embrace growth, and step forward with purpose and grace.

May this year bring clarity in moments of uncertainty, courage in times of challenge, and _joy in the everyday things that give meaning to our days._ As we move into 2026, may we continue to grow not only in what we do, but in who we are — grounded, compassionate, and hopeful. 💛

Here’s to fresh beginnings, brighter days, and a year filled with healing, hope, and purpose. 🤍

Happy New Year from the OT Circle! 🌟

On December 30, 1896, Dr. José Rizal was executed by the Spanish colonial government in Bagumbayan (present day Luneta Park), Manila. This event marked a turning point in Philippine history and is now commemorated annually as 𝙍𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙡 𝘿𝙖𝙮.

Let us reflect on his lasting messages and continue to uphold the values he lived by. His vision of freedom and progress remains a source of inspiration for us all. May his ideals continue to guide us in becoming citizens who care, question, and contribute.
