What to Do After an Earthquake
After an earthquake, it is most important to get to a safe location. Take your disaster supplies kit with you. Check for injuries and hazards, then help others. Once you are safe, follow the emergency earthquake plan that you have prepared to communicate and reconnect with family members.

tutuli na nakuha galing sa isang pasyenteng mahilig magkalikot ng tenga gamit either cotton buds or palito ng posporo. ngayon sana gets nyo na kung bakit wag magcocotton buds.

may self cleaning mechanism ang tenga ng tao. natutulak lamang papaloob ang tutuli kung gagamit ng mga cotton buds o kung ano ano pa.

paano linisin ang tenga? simple lang. yung hinubad na damit, ipanglinis sa LABAS ng tenga. wag ipapasok sa loob.

para saan ang cotton buds? gagamitin ang cotton buds sa paglilinis ng sugat o kaya sa paglalagay ng gamot para hindi macontaminate ang natitirang gamot sa tube o container.

para saan ang palito ng posporo? para magsindi ng apoy.
