La Consolacion invited us for the 2nd time — and what a meaningful experience it has been! Last November 14, 2025, SHS and College students of La Consolacion College Biñan came together for the seminar “Own It: Discovering Self-Awareness and Building Emotional Resilience.”

With the guidance of Ms. Paj, participants reflected on the importance of knowing themselves, embracing their emotions, and building resilience in the face of challenges. The energy, openness, and eagerness of the students made the session truly impactful.

Thank you La Consolacion College Biñan for once again trusting us with this opportunity to share and grow together.

Ms. Tricia, our dedicated psychologist, had the wonderful opportunity to share her knowledge and expertise at La Consolacion College Biñan last November 7, 2025. She discussed two meaningful topics — “Not in Our School! Recognizing and Responding to Bullying” and “Keep Calm and Carry On: A Perspective on Mental Health.” Her engaging talk highlighted the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and mentally healthy school environment for everyone.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to La Consolacion College of Biñan for the warm welcome and active participation of all the students during the session. It was truly a fulfilling and inspiring experience seeing everyone so involved and eager to learn.
