To my Dear patients, During my leave, for out-patient consults please set an appointment with our secretaries in the OPD. I have OB-GYNE relievers to see you while I'm away. For emergency cases, please proceed directly at the ER, we have OB-GYNE on duty 24/7 to assist you. All cases will still be referred to me by my colleagues. Yes magaganda po ang mga pasyente ko! 🤩

Delivered all 3 in one day. Two of them via Normal delivery and one via repeat CS.

1st Case: Trying to conceive since 2023. Successfully got preggy via IUI in Kato Repro Biotech Center. High risk due to Overt Diabetes & Hypothyroidism. But wait wait wait.. nag normal delivery kami at 39 weeks! Yesss!

2nd Case: 1cm since 28weeks! Almost weekly nasa ER due to preterm labor. 🫤 so ang daming meds & bedrest. But wait again... nag normal delivery kami at 36 weeks with fetal weight at 2.5kg! Not bad at all! Maturity index by Neonatologist is 37wks so no need for incubator! Amen to that!

3rd case: I delivered her 1st baby preterm at 32
weeks due to undetected infection so she had very early rupture of membranes (putok panubigan) very anxious kami baka maulit! But wait...we carried to full term! And this time the baby weighed 2.8kg at uwian na agad agad! No need to incubate!

Thats 3 high risk patients in a day.
More than thankful! 🙏🙏🙏

All Saints Day 2025 😇 Wonder why Babies Smile or Laugh when Sleeping👇

Many people believe that when a baby smiles or laughs in their sleep, it means they are seeing angels.

👉 The truth is: this is a normal stage of brain development.

👉 Babies go through different sleep stages just like adults. During active sleep (REM sleep), their brains are busy processing and developing.

👉 Smiles, twitches, or even giggles can happen naturally as part of this process.

👉 It does not mean the baby is sick or playing with Angels, it is simply a sign of a healthy, developing brain.

What parents should know:
• Baby sleep movements (smiling, sucking, twitching) are normal.
• There is no need for fear or superstitious beliefs.
• A relaxed, smiling baby in sleep is a good sign of comfort and growth.

Babies smile or laugh in their sleep because of brain activity, not because they are seeing angels. It is completely normal.
