📌QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF
Skills & Qualifications:
•Graduate of A four-year degree in a business-related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration.
• Experience in quality management, process improvement, or implementing hospital-wide programs is beneficial.
• Ability to critically analyze processes and data to identify problems and solutions.
• Knowledge of and training in quality management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
•Excellent attention to detail for documenting workflows and procedures accurately using standard office software.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills for presenting reports and collaborating with teams.
•Skills in data collection, analysis, and relevant software programs would be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of hospital processes would be an advantage
• Training in any or all of the following would be a strong advantage
TQM and other quality management principles
Business Process Analysis
Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
•Willing to start ASAP
