To those students who weren't able to attend their Medical Assessment schedule, you're being re-scheduled on December 23, 24 and 26, 2025.
Reminders.
✅ Please bring the following requirements:
· Your signed Waiver(Attached with photo copy of the parent/guardian valid Identification, with three(3) specimen signatures).
· Your School ID (NO ID, NO ASSESSMENT).

· Morning Start: 8:30 AM

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT 📢
In observance of the nationwide 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC) from November 25, 2025 to December 12, 2025, the Gender and Development (GAD) Office, in collaboration with the School Clinic, will be conducting a Community Pantry on December 12, 2025, CRMC Elementary Campus Quadrangle F. Manubag St. Bogo City, Cebu.
This initiative aims to extend help CRMC stakeholders and VAWC men-allies in need, while also raising awareness about the importance of creating a safe, supportive, and violence-free community for women, children, and VAWC men -allies. As part of this advocacy, the School Clinic is encouraging everyone to donate usable items that may no longer be useful to you but could be essential and meaningful to someone else. We gladly welcome donations of:
• Gently used clothing
• Footwear
• Bags and accessories
• Household items
• Personal care products
• Other practical essentials

Your simple act of giving can create a profound impact on someone’s life. Through this community pantry, we hope to promote compassion, solidarity, and empowerment—core values that help strengthen our collective stand against violence and discrimination.🧡
Donation boxes will be available at the CRMC Elementary School Clinic, HS School Clinic, and SASO-Guidance Office starting December 5, 2025. All donated items will be segregated and distributed during the Community Pantry activity as part of the VAWC awareness campaign.
Let us work together to uplift lives, promote safety, and stand for women’s right, children and VAWC men-allies. Your support is deeply appreciated.
