Epekto ng kakulangan sa folic acid ‼️ CALLING TO ALL PREGNANT WOMEN OUT THERE
Ang s4nggol na ito ay ipinanganak ng isang babae na may kakulangan sa folate at hindi uminom ng folic acid sa panahon ng kanyang antenatal. Ang nakikita ninyo sa ibaba ay isang congenital neural tube defect na kilala bilang spinal Bifida.

At bilang resulta nito, ang buntis ay may napakalaking tiyan na mas malaki kaysa sa tunay na edad ng fetus dahil sa sobrang tubig sa sinapupunan (amniotic fluid), isang phenomenon na tinatawag na Polyhydramnios. At ang sanggol ay hindi buhay.

Kaya seryosohin ninyo ang pag-inom ng folic acid supplement, lalo na sa unang 3 buwan. Kumain din ng mga gulay na may dahon. Ang isang 5mg tablet ng folic acid araw-araw ay sapat na. Ang spinal bifida ay totoo!!

Ang pagsunod sa mga payo at pagtuturo ng midwife ang susi sa isang maayos at ligtas na panganganak kasabay ng pag gabay ng ating mga midwife

BAKIT IMPORTANTE ANG PRENATAL CHECK UP
1. Natutukoy ang mga problema at naagapan ang mga posibleng kuplikasyon gaya ng gestational diabetes, hypertension at anemia
2. Nabibigyan kaalaman ukol sa ehersisyo, tamang nutrisyon at kung paano maiwasan ang mg kumplikasyon
3. Pagsubaybay sa kalusugan ng ina upang bantayan ang presyon ng dugo, timbang, at makita ang mga senyales na makaaapekto sa pagbubuntis
4. Pagsubaybay sa kalusugan ng sanggol gaya ng paglaki, posisyon at dami ng panubigan
5. Nabibigyan ng tamang bitamina at bakuna para sa ligtas na pagbubuntis
6. Nabibigyan ng payo upang maging handa sa panganganak gaya ng mga gagamitin sa panganganak, Philhealth, uri ng panganganak (Normal/CS)

Many women confuse normal discharge or urine leak with their water breaking. But here’s how to tell 👇

✅ Signs Your Water Broke:

Sudden gush or steady trickle of clear fluid 💦

You can’t control or “hold it in” like urine

Keeps flowing even when you change position

May have a sweet smell (not like urine)

❌ Not Water Breaking:

Small drops that stop when you tighten muscles

Thick discharge or just increased vag!nal wetness

💡 What to do:

Note the time it happened ⏱️

Check colour (clear is normal, green/brown may mean baby stress 🚨)

Go to the hospital — don’t wait for contractions! 🚑

Your baby depends on that fluid for protection, so once it’s gone, labour should not be d£layed.

☑️Para naman po sa manganganak po open kami 24/7 - pero please always bring your Check up records, at Recent Lab result and ultrasound result.
( kapag walang recent check up, labs result and ultrasound, No companion, at Hinde rin okey Ang philhealth or walang philhealth NO ADMISSION !!!!)

☑️PS.Opo 24 hours po kami pero sa mga buntis lang po na mangangak Hinde po yung magpapaturok lang po ,mag papa BP or yung mga bagay na Hinde naman po naka align about sa pag bubuntis
