And that’s a wrap for our Halloween Party! 🎃👻

For two days, we learned to line up, knock on the door, and wait for our turn during Trick or Treat! We even shared some candies and biscuits to our friends!

We fed Mr. Cat using a spoon and beads, and made sure it won’t fall off! We also tried to weave a web around the spider using a stick and yarn! 🕸️🕷️

To add some more fun, we did a Halloween Scavenger Hunt around the center and painted some pumpkins, ghosts, and cats. 🐈‍⬛

Oh and lastly, we put some cotton balls on a ghost by squeezing a little amount glue and made our own spiders by tracing our own hands. 👋🏼

Whew! That’s a lot!!! Thank you, kids, teachers, and parents for joining us in our Halloween Party! See you next week!

Earthquake Drill: Most of our students were able to tolerate the loud sound of the alarm and that they have to duck under the table for 1-2 minutes. They also did great going outside afterwards and listening to our instructions.

What we need to continue practicing:
- Kids covering their heads using their own hands (less prompts)
- Longer waiting time under a surface (3-5 minutes)
- Drills at home with parents and guardians (So they know what to do and where to go when at home too)

Some tips:
- Let’s not panic and shout as kids may get more confused and overwhelmed.
- We can always have their “preferred items” ready to be grabbed so they have something to look at or do while waiting.
- Counting with them while waiting always works.
