In a resolution issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-MEID) upon the directives of President Rodrigo R. Duterte “for a whole-of-government solution to increase the demand for COVID-19 vaccination, regardless of brand, for a healthier and resilient Philippines,” the vaccination of all employees in the public and private sectors is hereby made MANDATORY. This resolution shall be enforced effective December 1, 2021.

In view hereof, all unvaccinated employees are formally advised that, unless you can provide us proof of your vaccination, you shall not be allowed to report for work and entry into the branch beginning on the effective date mentioned above. You can only return to work upon presentation of a negative RT-PCR result. Moreover, if you remain unvaccinated, you will henceforth be required to submit a negative RT-PCR result every two (2) weeks. If you fail to meet this requirement, you will not be allowed again to report for work.

Partially vaccinated employees, whose schedule for the second dose of their vaccine has already lapsed, are likewise required to undergo and submit a negative RT-PCR test result every two (2) weeks until you achieve a full vaccination status.

During your absence because of your failure to submit proof of vaccination and/or a negative RT-PCR result, such absences will be automatically charged to your remaining sick leave credits. In the event that sick leaves are no longer available, the company may apply your available vacation leaves. In case that neither SL nor VL is available, the no-work no-pay rule shall apply.

Furthermore, to give ample time for unvaccinated employees to secure a negative RT-PCR result, the mandatory submission of this requirement will be enforced effective December 4, 2021. To simplify this directive, unvaccinated employees who will fail to submit a negative RT-PCR result shall not be allowed to report to work starting December 4.

ORDERING THE CITY AND MUNICIPAL MAYORS IN THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON TO RAMP-UP VACCINATION ACTIVITIES, PROVIDING INCENTIVES THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

Highlights of EO 29-2021

📍 Section 1- Vaccine Eligibility
Maaari nang magpabakuna ang mga kabataang may edad 12 pataas.

📍 Section 8- Incentivizing Vaccination Activities
Ipinag-uutos sa mga LGUs na magpatupad ng incentive programs para sa mga vaccination activities kontra COVID-19 upang mahikayat ang mga residente na magpabakuna.

Ilang mga halimbawa ng incentive program na maaaring ipatupad.

1. Probisyon sa pagkain, goods at mga basic na pangangailangan para sa mga magpapabakuna.

2. Pagsasagawa ng raffle promos kahalintulad ng Bakunado Panalo mula sa DOH Circular 2021-0415 o iba pang aktibidad na makakahikayat sa mga magpapabakuna.

3. Pagbibigay ng mga espesyal na pribiliheyo sa mga bakunadong indibidwal

4. Paghikayat sa mga establisyemento na magbigay ng diskwento para sa mga bakunadong indibidwal o special lane para sa mga bakunado.

5. Pagbibigay ng extension sa mga burol na bakunado lamang ang maaaring dumalo.

6. Pagpapatupad ng less restrictive protocols para sa mga fully vaccinated na indibidwal ngunit susunod parin sa minimum public health standards o IATF guidelines.

📍 Section 9- No Test Result Requirement for Fully Vaccinated Tourist

Ang mga fully vaccinated at asymptomatic na mga turista ay hindi na kailangang magpakita ng negative test result sa pagpasok sa lalawigan ng Sorsogon. Kailangan lamang na magpakita ng kaniyang vaccination certificate at pruweba ng kumpirmadong reservation mula sa tourist establishment na pupuntahan; Ang certipikasyon mula sa VaxCertPH ang maaari lamang tanggapin mula sa mga local tourists at vaccination card o certificate mula sa mga foreign tourists.

Hindi na kailangang sumailalim sa quarantine o RT-PCR testing ang mga returning residents KUNG ang uuwiang sambahayan ay fully vaccinated na

📍 Section 11- Incentive from the Provincial Government
Ang Pamahalaang Lalawigan ng Sorsogon ay magbibigay ng incentive sa mangungunang 20 na barangay na magkakaroon ng pinakamataas na vaccination rate base sa kanilang populasyon. Ang matatanggap na incentive ay nagkakahalaga ng isang milyong piso.
