Metro Pacific Expands Hospital Network with 29th Investment:
Tanza Specialists Medical Center
22 October 2025 – Metro Pacific Health Corporation (MPH) today announced the completion of its investment in Tanza Specialists Medical Center (TSMC), further expanding its nationwide hospital network to 29 premier facilities.
Under the visionary leadership of its Chairman, Manuel V. Pangilinan, MPH continues to strengthen its commitment to making quality healthcare more accessible across the Philippines – through its journey that began 17 years ago with its first investment in Makati Medical Center.

This investment in Tanza marks our 18th provincial partnership - and our third in the growing province of Cavite. As our network grows, more hospital owners are approaching us to collaborate, inspired by the significant improvements we bring to the hospitals we invest in.”
Strategically located along Daang Amaya in Tanza, Cavite, near the bustling Antero Soriano Highway and at the crossroads of the growth areas of Tanza, General Trias, and Rosario, TSMC is well-positioned to serve the rapidly expanding communities in its environs and be the healthcare leader in its side of Cavite.
As with all its partnerships, MPH has developed an ambitious strategic roadmap for TSMC geared towards unlocking its full potential. With the addition of TSMC, Metro Pacific Health now operates 11 hospitals in the National Capital Region—the latest being Diliman Doctors Hospital, acquired last year - 10 in Luzon, 2 in the Visayas, and 6 in Mindanao. Among its portfolio of premier hospitals are Makati Medical Center, Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Davao Doctors Hospital, and Riverside Medical Center Bacolod. Collectively, the 29 hospitals under Metro Pacific Health have a combined capacity of 4,700 beds, supported by 12,500 doctors and 24,000 healthcare staff, serving approximately 5.2 million patients annually.
