𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐆-𝐀𝐃𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐓 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧; 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐜𝐲.

On November 21, 2012, this youth movement empowered more than just a student, but the unique story of every member.

Today is a celebration full of happiness as we remember its foundation. Thank you so much to the core persons who served as the backbone and foundation of this youth organization, only in Agusan del Norte.

A group that challenged every student to lead change and reach their unique contribution in disaster management.

| IN PHOTOS | The YOUNG-ADNERT LASBUENASCAR (Las Nieves, Buenavista, Nasipit, and Carmen) Cluster promoted inclusivity as they actively engaged in a DRRM-CCA and Local Tourism Appreciation Activity today, November 20, 2025. The successful event was held in Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.

𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲; 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬. The main goal of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office of Agusan del Norte (PDRRMO-ADN) was to internalize DRRM concepts and systems among the youth through this specialized program.

The successful ex*****on of this activity was made possible through strong collaboration among the MDRRMO, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Buenavista, the Municipal Tourism Office, school DRRM coordinators, resource speakers, and facilitators.

| IN PHOTOS | Today, November 19, 2025, members of the YOUNG-ADNERT MARCA (Magallanes, RTR, and Cabadbaran City) Cluster participated in a knowledge and skills-reinforcement activity on DRRM-CCA and Local Tourism Appreciation held at PhilRice Agusan, Basilisa, RTR, Agusan del Norte.

Resource speakers discussed the DRRM system and its integration with Climate Change Adaptation measures, significantly sharpening the participants' understanding of effective disaster preparedness.

The PDRRMO Agusan del Norte successfully conducted this another batch of clustered activity for YOUNG-ADNERT with the support of the Municipal DRRM Office (MDRRMO), the Municipal Local Government Operations Office (MLGOO) of DILG ADN, the Municipal Tourism Office of RTR, and dedicated SDRRM advisers and facilitators.

This program is intended to strengthen the approach to Disaster Management, including Climate Change Adaptation, through a wider scope.

In collaboration with the Municipal DRRM Office and the Municipal Tourism Office of Jabonga, as well as expert DRRM resource speakers and facilitators, the activity was successfully concluded.
