First time din kitang nakitang emotional which made me realize na ganun pala talaga ang impact na nabibigay naming mga doktor sa aming mga pasyente. A totally different experience for this mom of 3. ☺️

Last pregnancy nya was 2022 - PANDEMIC. Hirap daw sya makahanap ng OB nun and pahirapan din maadmit sa mga ospital.

She was my patient since 2023 when she consulted for CS SCAR ENDOMETRIOMA. Sumasakit ang sugat nya tuwing nagreregla dahil sa tumubong bukol sa sugat. Initially ang plan namin ay magbuntis na agad para after repeat CS na lang tatanggalin ang bukol. Pero hindi pa sila ready nun for a 3rd baby kaya tinanggal namin muna ang bukol. Fast forward to 2025, we safely delivered her 3rd baby with full video coverage pa. Bawing bawi sa trauma mo last pregnancy. 😅🤪

Ayaw pa magpa-ligate at humihirit pa sila ng isa pa after 2 years daw 😳😬

8cm at 3AM? No problem! Magkakape at chichika muna ako. 😂

Kagaling ni mommy. First pregnancy nya pero kabilis maglabor. Medyo malaki din si baby ha - 3.2kg! SANA ALL!

Hindi na ako matutulog after this kasi baka late na ako magising haha! So magrounds na ako para maaga makapagclinic. Kaya pasensya na kung ang energy level ko ay hindi palaging full battery. Hindi po normal ang sleep cycle namin lalo na kapag may mga ganitong emergencies. ✌🏻

Sometimes, on days I feel doubtful or tired, messages like this pops up in my inbox. The best reward in my profession is the fulfillment of helping others. We don’t always get the ideal outcome, but we always aim for the BEST outcome for the mother and the baby — TIMELY DELIVERY.

Meconium stained na si baby at 30 weeks. The only sign we had was the frequent and regular contractions despite giving tocolytics (yung pampakalma ng matres).

God bless you and your baby. We will continue to pray for complete healing and guidance. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Day 1 of the POGS Annual Convention. Behave lang po muna kayo at nasa convention ang doctora nyo 😅
What I always look forward to:
1. Reunion with batchmates, colleagues, and mentors
2. Updates on management of different OB-GYN cases
3. Staycation/ breather from the usual toxic days
I will be back fresher and wiser after this 😊

Para silang kambal pero mas matanda yung isa ng isang taon. Sabay sila nagpapacheckup palagi kaya palagi akong nalilito sa kanila. Parehong October babies, parehong first time moms, and parehong normal deliveries.

Kung kailan naman ako hindi na nalilito sa inyong dalawa e tsaka ko kayo napagraduate sa mga checkups. Hehe 😅

This made me smile today. ☺️🥰

April pa nanganak si mommy pero randomly hinanap daw ako ng eldest daughter nya na palagi nyang kasama magpacheckup. Iniinvite din ako pumunta sa bahay nila last birthday nya kahit hindi naman sya dun maghahanda (and even gave me the color of their gate 😅). Then the next checkup, tinanong pa ako bakit hindi ako nagpunta sa house nila. Sabi ko na lang naligaw ako 😅

Kids are really the sweetest and most genuine human beings. 🥰

ONE AND DONE.

Super late post. 😅 Pero nangako ako kay mommy na gagawan ko sya ng reels and I always keep my promise. Plus nagpa-ligate na sya because high risk nga sya for her age. Kahit anong convince ko na wag muna at sayang ang lahi. Hehe! Prinsesang prinsesa talaga ang aming Little Anya! Grow healthy and kind to your mom! 🥰

The key to a successful operation is pre-operative planning and preparedness. Dapat nandun ang right people to manage the case, dapat naanticipate na natin ang mga possible complications during and after the surgery (blood products for possible transfusion, neonatologist to handle the high risk baby, right antibiotic prophylaxis, etc.), and of course lots of prayers for His guidance 🙏🏻
