Kamakailan lamang ay binuksan ng Department of Health Region IV-A (DOH IV-A) ang isang bagong pasilidad para sa mayroong problema sa bato na nagpositibo rin sa sakit na COVID-19.

Noong Mayo 19, pinangunahan ni Regional Director Eduardo Janairo ang pagbubukas ng Hemodialysis Center para sa mga pasyente na mayroong Covid-19 sa Cabuyao City Hospital sa Barangay San Isidro.

Mayroon itong 20 dialysis stations na maaaring makapagbigay serbisyo sa halos 150 mga pasyente bawat araw.

Ang hemodialysis center na ito ay ang unang proyekto na itinatag ng DOH IV-A sa pamamagitan ng isang tripartite na kasunduan sa pagitan ng pamahalaang lungsod ng Cabuyao at NefroMed Asia Medical Group.

“This hemodialysis center will cater solely for patients with kidney problems who tested positive for the coronavirus. Dito, ang mga pasyenteng positibo sa Covid virus ay tatanggapin at hindi tatanggihan na gaya ng ginagawa ng ibang hospital,” pahayag ni Janairo.

Tiniyak ni Janairo na ang mga pasyente na sasailalim sa dialysis ay hindi dapat mag-alala tungkol sa pagbabayad para sa kanilang paggamot.

“Sasagutin ng PhilHealth ang gastos at kung may kulang pa ay pupunan ito ng regional office through the medical assistance for indigents program. Kaya walang dahilan upang hindi makapagpagamot ang mga pasyenteng nangangailangan ng dialysis treatment,”

Ang 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗠𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘆𝗮𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 ay handa ng mag bigay serbisyo at tumanggap ng mga pasyenteng nangangailangan ng dialysis na positibo sa Covid-19 Virus at magbibigay ng kalidad na pag gamot sa Dialysis. Makakaasa kayo na hindi lamang maglilingkod sa mga pasyenteng residente ng Cabuyao kundi pati na rin sa iba pang mga pasyente sa ibang bahagi ng Laguna at kalapit na mga lalawigan.
